Conveniently located near museums and eateries with easy access to public transportation. Comfortable rooms with excellent soundproofing and amenities such as complimentary water, robes, and slippers. Pleasant and helpful staff with the option to store luggage after check-out. a well-maintained and enjoyable stay.

We loved this place! It's right at the centre, close to major attractions, and yet in a quiet area. The service was impeccable with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff, housekeeping. We were even offered tours and ticket assistance. The rooms were beautifully designed with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, in-room safe. The amenities were great, and we found everything we needed such as a hair dryer and free toiletries. The dining experience was fantastic, with the restaurant serving the best in-room breakfast, and there was even a bar and snack bar available. We would definitely recommend this venue.

We wished the staff could have communicated this in a better manner at check-out. But apart from that, we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities. The location was fantastic, right across from the train station, making it convenient for transportation to and from the airport. It was also close to all the attractions, including the main art galleries. The breakfast was lavish with lots of choices and fresh produce. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and well-informed.

Our stay at Nh Nacional was excellent. The convenient location near Atocha Train Station made getting around Madrid a breeze. The modern, clean room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite some noise from the hallway, we enjoyed our time there. we would recommend this hotel.

It's a wonderful stay close to the main train station with direct access to the airport. The room is spacious, quiet, and cozy with modern décor. The breakfast room is bright, offering a wide range of fresh dishes and drinks. You can explore the nearby museums, restaurants, and gardens and have a great view of the lush garden.

Some of the hotel guests did not comply with the non-smoking rule in the hallway, which caused some inconvenience and gave an unpleasant smell in the room.

The hotel had beautifully decorated common areas and a great restaurant. the room was smaller than expected, but it was clean and had a comfortable bed. the location of the hotel was unbeatable, perfect for exploring the city's museums and cultural activities. the staff provided great service and the bedrooms were immaculate and comfortable.

The room size was smaller than described on the reservation confirmation and the pictures were quite misleading. the noise isolation was poor and I could hear the noise from the neighboring rooms and the corridor.

Great location for exploring the major art galleries and close to the train station for exploring beyond the city. Clean and friendly with a wide selection of restaurants and cafes in the area. Outstandingly nice and friendly security staff. Good breakfast with lots of choices.

Felt like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble.
